\u203b\u65e5\u9803\u306e\u30b9\u30ad\u30f3\u30b1\u30a2: \u65e5\u713c\u3051\u6b62\u3081\u3068\u7f8e\u767d\u7528\u30b9\u30ad\u30f3\u30b1\u30a2\u306f ADM\u6cbb\u7642\u306b\u6709\u52b9\u3067\u3059\u3002\u30d4\u30e4\u30ef\u30c3\u30c8\u30af\u30ea\u30cb\u30c3\u30af\u3067\u306f\u3001\u4e3b\u306b\u5929\u7136\u7531\u6765\u306e\u6210\u5206\u304c\u914d\u5408\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u30db\u30ef\u30a4\u30c8\u30cb\u30f3\u30b0\u88fd\u54c1\u3092\u53d6\u308a\u63c3\u3048\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Acquired dermal melanocytosis (ADM) was first reported by Hori in 1984 as acquired bilateral nevus of Ota-like macules. It is most frequently seen among adolescent to middle-aged East Asian women, particularly those of Japanese and Chinese descent.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Symptom<\/strong>
\u2714\ufe0fADM manifests as multiple punctate and greyish-brown pigmented areas 1\u20133 mm in diameter occurring on both sides of the forehead and zygomatic region.<\/strong><\/span>
\u2714\ufe0fADM can involve the forehead, temples, eyelids, malar areas, nasal alae, and nasal root. 
\u2714\ufe0fUnlike the nevus of Ota, these pigmented lesions are not observed in the conjunctiva or mucous membranes of the mouth or nose. 
\u2714\ufe0fAlthough ADM affects mainly the face, there are also reports of other body areas involvement such as extremities.<\/p>\n
Histopathology<\/strong>
Histopathological examination generally reveals irregularly-shaped, bipolar melanocytes in the upper and middle dermis without disturbance of the normal skin architecture.<\/p>\n

Cause<\/strong>
The pathogenesis of ADM is not well understood. There is a research found immature melanocyte in the dermis of lesion of ADM. So the researcher hypothesized that these immature melanocyte is activated by UV-radiation, hormone (estrogen and\/or progesterone), and some other factors.<\/strong><\/span>
Although a positive family history has been reported in one study, most cases of ADM are sporadic and genetic factors have not been suggested.<\/p>\n
Treatment<\/strong>
ADM can be treated in the same way as melasma treatment. ADM is more difficult to treat than melasma. Combination of the treatment is highly recommended.
